Leadership Coaching 

We work 1:1 with our clients to define their leadership objectives and aspirations, and assess their level of leadership effectiveness and impact. Together we frame a customised plan to build deeper understanding of their leadership strengths and examine their thinking on how they lead, as a basis for developing new leadership actions and behaviour in service to reaching their objectives. We always recommend the active involvement of a sponsor or mentor in the client’s network or organisation, to bring additional perspective to validate and support the client’s work and progress.

 

Typically individual leadership coaching engagements run up to 30 hours of coaching time over 6 to 12 months.

Group Coaching

With both individual and collective goals and objectives to consider, we bring coaching into a group context. We work 1:1 both with our client leader and their team members to assess individual impact on team dynamics and performance as well as the dynamic across the group itself. 

 

Together we build a development plan to clarify and confirm the team’s vision and objectives, build understanding of individual strengths and key group issues, and apply new learning and insights to new behaviours and actions to fulfil individual and overall team objectives.

 

Typically group engagements run over 6 to 12 months. Depending on the team size and engagement scope, we may recommend a coaching team approach to draw on wider coaching strengths and capabilities.

We apply our unique coaching approach to facilitation at the executive and management level on a range of essential business topics, including: Inclusive Leadership, Managing Difficult Conversations, Collective Values and Culture. We bring our expert facilitation services in both English and French to classroom, meeting room or large event settings.
